I want to start a grow journal, but I have a question

Hi, guys, What is the difference between the Grow Journals and the Grow Journal discussion sections? Where should I post my journal and what should I do with the other section? Thanks for the help.

in my experience, you'll get more traffic to your journal if you put it in the main "grow journal" forum, rather than the "discussions" subforum.
