I live in LA and don't have the time to drive up north is there anyplace around LA where I can grow outside? I have called most city halls and asked if they are issuing any licenses but have been told no in every place. I need some help and don't know where or who to turn to. Can anyone here point me in the right direction please? Or school me in this whole grow game.
