I was wondering how much more you can yield by using the L.S.T. techniqe.

Im currently vegging some hindu skunk and im going to try L.S.T. on a few to see what the outcome is. Mostly because i dont have much head room.

You cat have any idea on what a yield will be like from that info you provided. I would just top them instead.
For yield you have to take in a number of different things.
grow space
Lights
nutes,
co2
ventilation,etc.
Id say lights and nutes are the most important.

I don't have any real input, but I think he was simply asking under somewhat ideal conditions how much more % can a good LST yield you...

If you wanna look I have 2 bagseeds from the same smoke going, 1 I chose to LST, the other I didnt'. Here's a couple pictures. I haven't harvested yet, but I expect more from the LST and it is I would say approx 5 inches shorter than the non LST.

Judge for yourself. But from now on I'm LST'ing all of my next grow.

All conditions being equal, a properly executed LST (or any other training method) will increase yield...

here is a really good example of LST working for you...:clap:

Makes a good increase in yeild compared like for like. I tried it out for the first time indoors and will continue on most strains
