I Wonder what mutation could it be.

Hi everyone... First thread here.
Im one day ahead to 3rd week flowering defoliation, and find this mutation on a CBD strain, never seen it before.
Just Wondering, what kind of mutation could it be?
It was just this leaf, no other signs in the plant. Seems theres no problem at all.
Been searching the web but no clue of what could generate it.
Maybe RNA transcription?

Thanks in advance if anyone could send me a hint.
Great forum... learning in the way. Saludos desde Colombia.

Settings: Indoor 12h/12h - RH: 40>60 - Temp: 18°>30C°
Strain: NL CBD Fem - Blimburn seeds
Soil: Coco (Reused) - Humus - Myco - Bat guano - some local amendments (Tritón from G-Black). URB Microbes inoculated.
EC: 4000 (i know its a bit high, feeding very low in nutrients-nitrogen from this mistake, until its cleaner).

One time anomaly goofy little girl... Just to show how the defoliation goes on this one.
Finally, no other leaves affected or with visible mutations.
Thanks for the replys, a master grower from Breeders Seeds say it could be RNA transcription mutation, "nothing to worry about".

Buenos humos. :weed:
