Icut it down and forgot about it

So i have an ebb and flow system and after i cut my plant down i lowered my lights for the little tiny bit that was left in the bin. I added nutes and forgot about it for a month....... The little stump that was left is now all flowers thick dense flowers from top to bottom i can't believe it.

Has anyone else seen this?
