If your MMAR was late (Took more then 2-4 weeks for renewal) please email.
John is helping on a constitutional MMAR case - starting TODAY and running this week in London, Ontario.

If he can find out about other who's renewals took past what Health Canada says, it will help their case.

Here are a few more things they are looking for impact stories from:

The glitch of Form F with Form R is another that must be challenged

Someone said they had a rejection for putting the Applicant's address for storage and was told it had to be the DG when instructions said both. Anyone else?

Any new beefs will be gladly accepted. The more pin pricks we can show, the greater the wound we will have shown.

Please send them in to him - the trial is happening THIS WEEK.

one of the many torts being argued is "delays in MMAR renewals cause stress." so please also share those stories.

Haven't got to the renewal stage yet but I ams ending everyone a tonne of positive energy to help you get through the court hearing! Best of luck for your hard work guys!

renewals take between 6-10 weeks.
Here is the start to the letter written today

Dear Mr. Prefontaine

You'll remember at our last Federal Court short notice

hearing on Friday May 31 2013 at 6:30pm for my brother's Renewal of Exemption. Sorry about service at 4pm

but it was expiring at midnight.



Justice Roy chastised Health Canada for taking 6 weeks to

process Ray's "no change" Renewal Form R. He asked "Has the

Department gone fishing?"

I ask "Are they back yet?"



You'll remember how you relayed to the Court that Director

of Medical Marijuana Dr. Stephane Lessard had told you that

Authorizations take under 4 weeks to process and Renewals

far less.
