Ignore List suggestion

Is it possible to set up the ignore list, that when a member is added to a users ignore list, that they not only block out the text that user posted, but completely block that users posts so they don't even show up at all other than maybe if another user had quoted them? Or block not just their text, but their user name as well if a complete ignore that a post was even made isn't possible.

TY. Just seems you block someone under the current system, and it ultimately makes them stand out more.
