So it's been several years since I grew anything but now with my wife having her med card here in Illinois I can now legally grow up to five plants. So this is the set up so far
1 5x5 grow tent
2 2x black 5 gallon home made dwc pots with 6 inch net pots with water level indicator and drain spout
General hydroponics nutes grow micro bloom
Hydrotron medium and 1 inch rockwool cubes
Currently hanging are 2x 5000k led high bay Halo lights (just seeing how they will work had them left over from a job I did) but also have 2 400w mh and a 1000w hps on hand
Currently attempting to pop a mojo seed we came across in an eighth from the dispensary not looking promising atm
Also have seeds coming from seedsman vanilla Kush and freebies tuna God and the other randoms

Should be a nice grow. Make sure you have ventilation worked out, especially with the 1k.
I have used bubbler buckets on random grows but I like using totes for the larger volume.
I'd also add more hydroton or make a light cover because you will get some algae growth from light leaks.

Well having a rough go on getting anything to pop may just have to wait till seeds come in from seedsman

WAY to many bad reviews on seedsman.

Just to note a few, but if you need me to find more bad reviews on seedsman I can write you a book:

Well it's my first time ordering from them and so far everything is on schedual and looking good so not gonna knock them untill I have a reason

Made a little propagation station turned out pretty sweet in my opinion growing on a budget

I’ve ordered twice from seedsman now both times this year. Seeds arrived about one month after ordering. Ive planted 6 seeds so far and all are doing well. No complaints yet from me with seedsman.
Dang a month lol you must have some patience. Check out Neptune seed bank based in the US.
