Im I looking at jail time?

Im from ohio, i have been planting a shit ton of pot. i have around 300 to 400 plants ranging from 6 in. to 5 ft. all the laws i look at says the punishment is measured by how many G'S it weights. what fuckin good does that do me, is it the weight of the whole plant of just the buds. if its just the buds wouldn't i be alright if their all in Veg still? I am going to keep about 20 of my nicest female plants and the rest are going to be planted in hidden areas all over my home town and not cared for (other then my stoner buddies who water them for me every once in awhile.)
How much time would i get for 20 plants? how much for 400 plants?

p.s. im not planning on stopping, im going to sprout every seed i get my hands on and plant them everywhere. i want this plant growing naturally everywhere, keep them pigs on their feet.

Yea the federal government or your state government for that matter does view Hemp or Marijuana any differently, it doesn't view a seed to a full grow female any differently, to the government anything that can product THC is illegal and punishable by law. Plain and simple....

some state laws are more lienyent on there drug policly like colorado and sometimes California if you have a great excus and jonny cockerine as your lawyer.. my advice get ride of the plants for now and wait for the heat to dye down

Possession of less than 100 grams of marijuana is a citable offense only, with a fine of $100. Possession of 100 grams or more is punishable by a fine of up to $250. For possession of 200 grams or more, the penalty increases to a possible sentence of 6 months - one year in jail. Possession of 1,000 grams or more is punishable by 1 - 5 years in prison. Any possession of less than 5,000 grams does not carry the presumption of prison, which leaves available the possibility of probation. Possession of 5,000 grams of marijuana or more is punishable by 1 - 5 years in prison. For any amount or 20,000 grams or more the penalty increases to a mandatory minimum sentence of eight years in prison.
Delivery of 20 grams or less, for no remuneration, is considered possession and is punished with a fine of $100. Sale or distribution of less than 200 grams carries a penalty of 6 - 18 months in jail. Sale or distribution of 200 grams or more is punishable by 1 - 5 years in prison. According to this article, coppers calculate the value of one plant at $1,200 in Georgia. Ohio can't be far from that estimate for prosecution purposes.

Haha, Reminds me of one time when I planted 4 plants in a city park planter...they grew big enough to have the distinct leaf pattern, and suddenly were gone. I dont know if it was police or kids, but I knew that would happen anyways...

Roots have been weighed & added to the final weight many times over,it all depends on what police outfit does the raid & how they take down the plant,i know of one case where about a dead leaves were swept from the floor & added to the bags of plants being hauled away.

LOL! That happens all the time. I say throw seeds into flower beds & planters outside of police stations whenever you get the opportunity. Pot plants found outside cop shop
