im stoned and goin on a rant

Warning: if you are typically a fairy and get but hurt when it comes to ppl opposing your opinion than dont read this if you can handle a little critisism and can actually have an intellectual conversation than go ahead and keep reading for warning though this isnt a personal attack on anyone its just me venting my opinion...

ok so let me tell you first what set me off yesterday i was driving through the downtown area and look to the side and i see a billboard size add on the side of this building and it reads "my kinda medicine" and has actual bud i mean actual marijuana buds on it really can we be a little sensitive to children they are somewhat impressionable but no lets not leave it as a green cross or smiley face or even a pot leaf no no no lets slap the kids in the face with weed lets make sure they know what it is from the time they can talk wtf are you retarted you know whats gonna happen pretty soon medibud or even legal bud is gonna be sposoring all sorts of shit and your kids are going to be exposed to it lets grow up here ppl i dont want my kids growing up exposed to this all the time its like a right of passage once your old enough. you know whats gonna happen dont you???????
well if you dont than ill explain kids will grow up with weed legal it will be in their minds from age 5 and by the time they reach highschool its not cool to do it cuz its legal it becomes the ciggs at parties and now our kids are getting pressured into coke and meth and dont tell me its not happening cuz it is and i would much rather have my kid feeling cool cuz he is smokin a j than snortin a line. and thats just one problem

immma be honest and blunt and get through all this bs you guys are buying into mary jane is not medicine its not there is no scientific evidence to support the fact that it has any medical qualities not to mention they use it to treat nasea (idk how to spell that) but guess what when your vommitting and cant eat and feel like shit smokin a j is the last thing you need getting cotton mouth and the munchies eating and drinking than puking all that right back up doesnt sound like medicine to me and hey im just being honest and looking at it from a none biased side.

oh and im sick of all these growers claiming im helping ppl yada yada yada bullshit like your not pullin a profit its not about helping ppl its all about the money and guess wha we were makin all that money untill this god damn generation got greedy and wanted more money so you show the gov how much its worth how they could tax it n shit well guess what bud now all that money we were makin is going away did you now that marblo has patents on marijuana ciggs so now our beautiful plant is going to become a nasty contaminated addicting cigg

ok lastly for those of you still saying no its about helping ppl than why is it that cali is putting total legalization on the ballet this november 21 and up can posses hmmm i see a pettern cali, colorado, etc, etc ........ how do you not see this its right there and the sad part is its too late we had it a secret makin money and now look the gov is gonna get all that money so they can spend it on another worthless war and go further into debt sweet!!! gotta love america common sense is so uncommon its unbelievable.

I didn't read past you being mad about kids being exposed to the weed billboard.You do know there are giant beer and liquor billboards all over?Alcohol is much worse.They say alcoholism starts at a early age to.If you had to pick one,alcoholic or pothead which would you choose?I wouldn't want either for my kids but pothead would be my choice if it had to be one.

well lets start by saying i cannot be offended, so please dont worry about hurting my feelings...just speak your mind. you can get as mean as ya want and ill still smoke a fatty with ya afterwards, i love a good argument. i have mixed feelings on whether or not weed should be flat out legal but im all for it, bring it on. i am totally for weed being legal for medicinal value. look at a cancer patient on chemo without weed and then look at one who is using weed and then tell me it doesnt have medicinal value and ill show you a liar.

1. there is TONS TONS TONS of scientific proof that marijuana has medicinal values. i honestly dont know where you get off saying it doesnt, kinda dumb founded by that statement. it has cured INCURABLE...lets say that again, it cured incurable brain cancer in rats. when i wake up in the middle of night puking because of Crohn's Disease guess what, i smoke a joint and the nausea is gone and i feel better. do you have any idea how many different pills i used to have to take to have that same effect? not to mention most of the pills have side effects worse than the problem its tryin to fix, weed has no negative side effects. one of the pills i was taking for cramps ended up causes Diverticulosis (incurable, will have to live with it forever) so i say fuck chemical meds, all natural is the way to go.

2. completely agree with you about not throwing it in kids faces like that. but, i would rather have a big fuckin bud up there in there faces than a big fucking chemical pill or a bottle of booze. marijuana is safe.

3. if i walk into a hydro shop i have all the right in the world to tell them i am growing marijuana legally, just like you would have the right to tell anyone your taking Vicodin for back pain. ITS LEGAL. to be honest, fuck the hydro shop owner for asking what im growing....its none of your business what im growing! you cant talk about weed in smoke shops and grow shops when its illegal but if im legal it doesnt really matter what i say about it. i could go and shout that im growing weed from a building top if i wanted..

4. Cali is putting it on the ballot cuz they need a way to get out of debt, i think its a great idea. i wish michigan would jump on board so the state can get more taxes from us and maybe we can climb out of this debt that our whore of a governor has put us in.

5. people drive around and smoke all the time now, they cant do a test to show im high like alcohol. so that statement of yours is kinda pointless.

6. oh and drug companies wont profit from medical marijuana, they cant patent marijuana...they can patent specific strains and rape us on those strains but then people just wont buy from them, they'll go to seeds banks...like they do now.

basically the way i see it, much much more good will come from legal weed than harm.

shit, i remembered something. im sure it does happen but where i come from i was never pressured into doin coke or ex (which i have heart problems from now so let that be a lesson to you kids, dont do drugs..just weed), i did them all on my own. i very firmly believe that weed is NOT a gateway drug. never once have i seen somebody say, "c'mon dude, try this, if you dont you're not cool" nor have i heard of anything like that. yes i admit i started doin coke cuz i thought it looked cool but thats from seeing it on tv and movies, not cuz my friends were doin it. what kids do mainly come from the parenting...or lack there of. my parents smoked cigs and drank like fish...guess what, i started smokin when i was 16 and was getting drunk literally everyday from age 17-21. if i didnt have weed to smoke i would still be drinking that much...if it didnt kill me yet anyway...

almost every weed smoker has been negatively impacted with weed in ways they do or dont know, i have a really bad smokers cough, im 1 of the heaviest smokers in london(im seriously not boasting)when i meet people who are basicali addicted to weed, theyr always pale jobless, aggressive and twitchy, it does help, but eventually like everything else good, after 30 years of doin it somethin bad is gna happen, u drink for 30 years u might hav an addiction, you smoke for 30 years u mite die, u blaze for 30 years u cant rememba the date ur age or anything else really

you drink for 30 years you might have an addiction..what about liver and kidney disease from alcohol...and thats just a couple things that alcohol causes. heavy drinkers who drink for that long will develop some problem from it, not just an addiction.

you're right, smoke for 30 years and you'll probably die or come close to it (been smokin for 7. i quit twice during that time, once for 6 months and once for a lil over a year. may 1 im quitting for good!)

i know people who have been blazin for 30+ years and they are as sharp as a razor. some of the greatest minds in history were heavy users, and not just weed...not all pale and twitchy like a crack addict who needs his fix, those people you're talkin about must have other addictions you dont know about.

i smoke as much as the next guy, 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 packs of cigs a day (disgusting i know, i cant wait to quit!) and on average an ounce to almost 2 ounces a week...depending on how sick i am. its been like that for the past 5 or 6 years, roughly (been smokin cigs for 7 years and weed for 10)...and my yearly CT and MRI showed up nice and clean this year once again. the doctor i go see for that doesnt even know i smoke, he asked if i did when i first saw him, i said no and he said good, so i know it hasnt caused me any problems, not even any signs of any problems...but i have alot of life ahead of me, i know that could change, but not from my marijuana intake...

You're doctor asked you if you smoked cigarettes when you first started going to him because he smelled them on you. You said "no" and at 2 packs per day or better he now knows you're a fucking liar and doesn't bother bringing it up anymore. Don't kid yourself, you smoke one or two packs a day then you stink like a fresh burned brown cig filter and it doesn't matter what you do you're breath stinks like an ashtray. I smoke 2 packs per day and I know I'm not fooling anyone by denying it.

As far as Marlboro now setting up to make and market marijuana cigarettes has been the stuff of urban legend for at least 30 years now that I know of. So this trend of legalization by some states is not having an effect on their business plan. They have a captive audience as it is already.

And to the original OP... thick skin right? I personaly think that the points you made in your rant are dumbassed at best. Learn some real facts and then come back at us a valid rant. White trash dipshit parents that smoke weed in front of their children are not the result of any kind of billboard advertising. It's a result of bad breeding, lack of education and no common sense.

i never said anything about me smelling like it, obviously i smell like smoke....my point was my scans show no damage of any kind. whether he believes i smoke or not he would still tell me if my lungs looked like shit, he's required to. to quote from the pathology report, "patients lungs looks clear and free. unremarkable." so it doesnt really matter what the dr believes, the pathologist knows nothing about me.
