im trying to lst my plants and it seems like roots are breaking?

hello Riu im lsting my plant and instead of the stem bending i see the root ball getting ripped apart and some of the roots are dis connected. they where brown. lol i know im such a noob but why is this happening lol:sad:

you cant just bend it over by force... it takes some gentle bending... also when you supper crop or lst its best to water well before hand soft wet soil allows the roots to slide a bit. more to less you damaged the plants root sys. and parts of it are dying. if a plant is repairing damage it wont grow a lot. cut off any browning roots at a 45 degree angle ( like this ---> / ) slightly above the browned part.
if i were you..id plan to veg an extra week. dont try to train the plant till the first week of flowering when it starts to stretch. and my last bit of advice... when bending, supper cropping, and or training plants... pretend its your dick that you are folding in half.. be vry gentle.

Yeah with young plants you should put a counter string or what ever you use to hold the plant from the bottom in the opposite direction you are going to lst..
Just for stability , then you can lst as you wish. But once the plant's stem is strong enough you shouldnt have this prob..
