Dry the weed and then put it in a air tight jar. Open the jar 1 time or 2 times a day until its done.

When is that? I'd personally like it dry enought to be able to store for long periods but not go moldy...

Hang it until you can snap the stem.

Thats right. And then cure it. It will keep in the jars for a long time.
