IMBED FLASH? videos in threads

just like there is a image and hyperlink imbed button on the message box, we should include flash button... that way we can post videos from youtube or wherever in threads rather than links to the videos [complying with all rules, of course].... just a thought..

would this be allowed here?

you would use the red letters and put those in youtube tags ........

Correct, swisherking. You need a forward slash(/), not a backslash(\).

I followed the instructions I found here to embed a youtube video. When I previewed the post it looked like it worked. After I submitted the post it looked like it worked. When I clicked on the video to test it I got the message "Embedding disabled by request, watch on youtube." Did I do something wrong or can some youtube videos not be embeded? + Rep for helpful info......

I think i figured it out. I was poking around at youtube and I see that some videos have embedding disabled. lol If I would have had an extra bong hit I probably would have noticed it sooner.
