Ok, well i have a friend who used to do the things WE do on this site... wel needless to say, he got arrested and charged with 3rd Degree Criminal Possesion Of MaryJane... Is That A Felony??? please get back to me ASAP! im trying to make his day :joint::peace:

We would have to know what country or state you live in first. The law is different in different states.

oh, im terribly sorry! well the state would be NY... im not sure but i talked toa couple friends and they said it is in fact a felony... if any one can get documentation on it id love it!!

As far as I know it's decriminalized in small amounts, like less than an ounce. Been over there a few times and thats what my cousin said.

no no no... dev thats UNLAWFUL POSSESION.. i mean criminal possesion i believe it was a bit over a pound or two... im about 90% sure it was a felony but we were hoping it wasnt... thanks guys and girls :-D
