In legal states

per household in alaska
6 plants, per house hold not person per house
and 3 can only be in flower

In Colorado, depends on if you need concentrates , flower or edibles. You get a higher plant count for edibles and wax. Rec, no card needed:12 plants per household per 2 ppl no more, includes clones or seedlings

15 plants
1.5 lbs dry.

They lowered some people to just three ounces though so not sure about the future

Coop up to 10 people
45 plants
all plants and weed has to have the individual members name on it

Actually written into the AK constitution (because of Ravin v Alaska) is the following:

6 - 25 plants in your residence* Not classified N/A $ 0
25 plants or more Felony 5 years $ 1,000
To a person under 19 who is 3 years or more younger than the seller. Felony 10 years $ 100,000

* Based on an Alaskan Supreme Court decision, possession in the home for personal use is protected conduct by the right-to-privacy provision in their state constitution.

i was close, i just didnt go into as much detail lol

I wish I could join in but as I live in a grey area it's hard to ascertain how much we can take the piss. I'm always saying we need clarification here.

We are allowed to grow for personal use but not visibly. Over here we count the number of lights, not plants.

A really good number of lights will get you just a fine and 45 lights will get you just 6mths in prison. A few lights is really not a big deal.

There are so many loopholes in the system. They really need marijuana activists /and or people that know all about it to assist them on laws. Like they should allow so many plants in flower at a time, that makes more sense then counting unrooted clones as a plant.

See we are about to change government (at least I fucking hope we are)...2 parties are talking legalization, but no one mentions growing at all...
i dont think they will change it that quickly, i mean we can only hope right?
i think ontario will be the most progressive at changing it,i dont think they will mention growing until whomever wins wins and are established

Here we can have some, in different stages, but not too many in other stages, and if wooly bear caterpillars say it's gonna be a hard winter, then they'll get back to us ..........

Open ended grow here...the board of supervisors are waitng it out until the 2016 election...calaveras county ca.

What I find most annoying is this slippery definition of 'legal'. Why not just make it... legal? We all know that the REAL reason there are so many damn restrictions is to maintain high prices! Making it fully legal would let the market solve the scarcity problem and prices would fall. Then it's accessible to all who need it. What's wrong with that, other than people not making exorbitant profits growing under the current scheme?

I believe the best deal is the sq. foot program...with no plant counts.

If you are stuck with 6 plants in your region than 1800 gallons of soil will work..or just fill up your swimming pool with soil

whats the state like there?
not mj related but like the state itself ?
It is really nice,
Lots of trees, mountains and all that, or drive 25 minutes and I'm in ugly old Portland Or.

I have lived on both coasts but I love west coast.
Our rainy climate is the biggest problem most of us have in Washington.

Keeps it lush and green though.
