In your opinion...

Hey, new member to the site aswell as growing. Not too sure if this is in the right thread, pardon me if it isnt


In your opinion, what is the single most important aspect of growing? (i.e. soil&nutes, lighting, atmosphere, etc...)
I am wondering because im a noob on a tight budget and i dont want to invest too much if its not going to work out so id like to tackle the most important things first
