Increasing the co2

What is a low cost way of increasing the co2 in my room? I've heard there might be nutirents that increase co2 in the soil? I have intake and exhaust but ive heard that co2 helps alot. Any thought?

If ya have plenty of fresh air coming in and stale air going out ya dnt need any co2.
