good for smaller areas where someone may not have the ability to grow peppers in an outdoor area, small living, city living etc.Well, the electric consumption is about $0.25 per week. Maybe less. The wattage of the light is only 25w.
The soil is $6, the seed pack was $2, only used 3 seeds or of it.1/4 gallon water per week. A few nutes once a month.
The coolness factor is priceless!

Thanks for the tip! Is there a certain time in the plants life to pinch the tops?it woud helpmif you pinch the tops off , you will then get side branching with peppers on it, i tried it for the first time this summer
Our trays can be a hybrid hydro. The top tray holds soil, coco, or anything else you want to grow in. The bottom holds water and nutrients. A wick then wicks the water/nutrients up into the grow medium.Cool! A small hydro system would rock.
