Indoor Grow ,Problems

Just started my first indoor grow.Hindu Kush seeds from Nirvana.They germinated fast,paper towel method. put them in seed starter. They broke through the soil in 24 hours. I thought they were gonna be monsters. Problem is they haven't grown since.I moved them into real soil organic added two more lights, total of four cfls 100 watt equivalent each. two grew a little bit and two died This indoor growing is tougher than I thought.I started to germinate more seeds to see if it's the seeds or me. lights are on 24 hours a day appreciate any help.
