Indoor Plant Not The Same Color As The Outdoor One

ive had a plant growing outside from seed which look healthy enough considering all the slugs its had to fend of and me pissing on it not realising piss would not be good for it my problem is my indoor effort is growing well but its not the dark shiny green like the outside one is except on the edges of the leaves check my pic

Your thinking about it too much. Plants respond a tad different to the different light sources. The sun is a full spectrum, where as your indoor bulb is probably a more optimized light spectrum.
