hey everyone I thought I would let everyone know about this website. SH Hydroponics, Inc. has really great lights and some basic lights for really cheap compared to other places.
BUT
their customer service is absolutely horrible. When I first placed my order in over a month ago, after a week of not recieving shipping information they said that they were out of the bulbs I had ordered and would be shipping it out in a few days. Which they did not say they were sold out on their website which should have been the case.
THEN when they finally did ship it, they shipped it to the wrong address. that address being the billing address which is my PARENTS house. I emailed them letting them know that they 1. shipped it to the billing address and 2. that even when sent to the billing address, they used the city and zip code of the SHIPPING address causing FEDEX to deliver the package a week and a half late.
So after I finally recieved the package 2 weeks later, one of the light bulbs were broken. So AGAIN i wrote them an email asking them to replace this light bulb and asking them to send it to the RIGHT address. But of course this did not happen, after another week and a half I found out they sent it to the billing address again (keep in mind this is my parents house) so i had to be on the phone all the time calling fedex and finally got to change the route plan to get it delievered to my place.
So then I recieve the bulb last friday and I am finally excited that after a month I finally have both light systems and guess what, the LIGHT BULB DOESNT TURN ON. so once again i had to email them telling them this. And now a week later the package has not been shipped and i am still waiting for it to be shipped and i am praying it is to the right address.
they have been nothing but incompetent and cannot easily fix their mistakes and they never answer their support line on the phone and they take days to respond to emails.
so to save everyone the trouble, i would NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTT reccommend these idiots to buy lights from. it is too much of a hassle and i rather have paid more somewhere else in order to get my product on time and without having to waste my own personal time trying to figure out what was going on with the package.
