Info on security in London (is it dangerous to grow)

My friend told me that helicopters with heat detectors fly over populated areas in london to stop and arrest the growers. Im thinking of using an NFT system with 250 Watt lighting system so my question is, is there a way the government can detect it and specially cant they like know that im growing becoz of the electricity consumption? any advise will remove my paranoiaa soo plzz help

I wouldn't worry about it.
They won't notice a small personal grow from a chopper and loads of everyday household things can use a lot of electricity. So with a 250w your electric company will have no idea.
