Information about seeds!!

ordered some seeds to early... I am about to setup my grow room and i was wondering do seeds have a certain "time limit" are they only good for a certain amount of time or can they last for a really long time, and are seeds received from dried weed plantable??

your fine keep them at room temp out of moisture and they will last a long time.

thanks and do you know anything about seeds from dried marijuana can i still use those

yup you can grow bagseed as long as they are mature, brown with black stripes... And seeds stay good for years, I've seen people sprout seed from the 70's!!

They're growing seeds from the pyramids.. keep seeds in fridge...not freezer.
thats where my plants are from.. dry...bagseeds..(except a couple)

yup you can grow bagseed as long as they are mature, brown with black stripes... And seeds stay good for years, I've seen people sprout seed from the 70's!!

i think 30 y/o seeds is stretching it a little.. under normal circumstances seeds will last about 5 years... not to say they cant last more,, but if you want acceptable germ rates than do them before 5 years.

they had a 50% germination rate...

yea,, i would consider that very poor but its cool to think you can actually do that with some success,,, neat to think those genetics have been sitting in that tiny seed for almost 40 years and we can still bring it back
