having access light in your room while sleeping will decrease the amount of melatonin produced. try not using night lights, computer screens, tv's, even alarm clocks can keep part of your brain awake at night. the darker the better. just watch out for boogie men

I usually just fuck till im too tired to do anything else but sleep... I was just informing others on what melatonin is and how it works... (for those who can't sleep)

So are you saying if you toke skunk you improve your immune system and improve other things in your body or are you just telling us to keep light out of the room if we are wanting to have a good nights rest?

i've tried it all and then some. ended up on clonipin. without meds i would go 3 days sleepless. then finally collapse with exhaustion. then start all over. 1 low dosage clonipin turned into 2 then 3 then up the dose then 2 of those..... up to the highest dose. got fed up one night after weeks of no sleep even on the clonipin, took a few to many. hottest ambulance girl i've ever seen. looked like an angel. almost was.

so now i'm on ambien. it sucks, but it lays me out. i take them as little as possible so i don't fall in that hole again.

i've been diagnosed(sp) with "rest less legs syndrom". whatever that REALLY is. i've researched it for years and it seems like just a big fall-in diagnosis. there is more to it than that.

i reach a point where sleeplessness will actually "wire" me. once i hit that point i'm in for a loooooooooong day.

I didn't know if you had heard of melatonin or not fdd... I seen the other thread, thats why I posted this one... Shit works great for me, but I don't usually have problems falling asleep. I do know how it is not be able to sleep for days, but that was cause of ummm drugs... hehe I quit doing that shit a long time ago...

i quit the drugs but the effects never left me. i'm still bouncing. i'll give it a shot. thanks
