not sure if i'm understanding you correctly, do you want to only use the card in the USA or, are you making a statement.

i need a card you can use on seed bank that are not traceble. Visa you can only use in the USA so that wont work for me. i dont want to use a credit card on a site like that either. so i am tryin 2 find a gift card that you can use internationally.

if you can use a credit card, why wouldnt you be able to use a prepaid visa? 99% of seedbanks take visa... its everywhere you want to be, and today thats a seedbank.

But on Pre Paid Visa Gift cards it says right on the top ''Only Use in the USA''
trusty seed banks are in canada and netherlands so that means i need a international Card that can be used out side the usa
im just tryin 2 get some seeds but not have my name or credit card be traced back to me. im paranoid man. usually u can go in a gas station and pay cash for a visa gift card, im asking is there a international gift card somewhere?

i dunno that you dont use them internationally, i got a visa gift card from the mall and used it to buy something in GBP. just entered the card #

Visa is a International credit card so any seedbank should accept a US Visa card, Pre-Paid or not.
