intherupting NIGHT cycle...??

When i water my plants its when the light is off and the plant is asleep(its the only time i can get up to feed my plants).I have to turn my light on just for a couple of minutes to water my plants and was just curious will this have any effect on the development of my plant?Thanks farmers.

Only if it is flowering. If you MUST work when the lights are off, look into some green spectrum LED's or fluoro's. Green spectrum doesn't interrupt the photosynthesis of plants at night time.

Turning the lights on at anytime during 12/12 is like rolling dice. I don't leave my girls to chance. Beansly is right about the green spectrum.
