Introducing nutes!!

I am very new to the art of growing as this is my first grow and I am only 1 week into it! I started 6 seedlings after germination and was wondering what Nutrients anyone reccomends and when to start administering them! I am using a soil based medium with perilite and sphagnum moss for drainage! I want big healthy plants as I am doing full grows! Using 1-1000 watt HPS at 18/6! Again what Nutes do I use and when do I give them to them! Also Strains are 2 Red Dragon,3 Pineapple chunk and 1 Northern Lights Blue not sure if that makes any differnce on what to use! Thanks for the help!

I will spend what I need to but I am wondering what is best to give them during vegg? Also at what age do I start giving it to them? Im asking what is best to give them because I don't know!!! I would like to stay organic as im using pro-mix herb and veggetable soil mix which is all organic but im open to use synthetic nutes if thats what is best. I was hoping to get a few different opinions and sort through i guess.

Well in all fairness it sounds like you might be new to growing things entirely, if this is the case the simpler the better. I start mine seedlings and clones out with fish emulsion at a highly diluted rate, but many here would disagree with this. Does your soil have nutes premixed? Do you have the packages so you can tell what the NPK value of the soil is? You have to answer these questions first so you don't burn up your tender seedlings. When you start giving nutes always start at no stronger than 1/4 strength and work your way up from there.
There are well balanced "organic" available just look online or wait for someone else to give a brand, sorry I don't live in the states anymore and haven't used them in many years. Going simple like this won't give you the biggest buds but you have many years to work on that. The main thing the first few grows is going to work on growing a healthy plant, while learning what will make your yields bigger. The more you practice and try different methods and combinations the better you will get. Patience will be your friend and give you the best plants.
Happy Growing
