Is a veg tent similar to a flower tent?

I want to make a veg tent so I can do perpetual grows ( In one tent a plant can stay in flower while another can be in Veg so when the buds get harvested the veg can go straight to flower). My question is would I need the same equipment or would I need additional equipment? Or would it only be different temps and humidity?

if you made it a clone tent, you would make life simpler for your self. but you may not have a fave pheno at the moment.
a growing tent is the same as a flowering tent. only on a differant light scedual

Don’t have a favourite pheno at the moment and I want a veg tent so as soon as the flowers go into harvest the buds in the veg can go straight to their 12/12 cycle to grow buds and get me high . I’ll probably have a small 1x1 tent dedicated to either clones or growing new seeds. When the buds get harvested I’ll use the veg tent to dry my buds while I wait for the seedlings/clones to get ready to be put into the veg tent.
