Yes two lights are better than one and you can cover more of a area place them closer to the plants not to mention 50 more watts 32,000 lumens

I would just get a 400 watt hps and scrap both those options

i have a 400 W hps already. I have another room that can use 2 150s as a 400 W is waaay too much heat for that space.
