Is it budding or showing preflower

hey people i need some help identifying if my clone is just showing preflower or budding i mean its the middle of veg season its in foxfarm ocean forest with some of the mountain soil :!:

The pictures aren't clear, but it looks to me like nodes for leaves.

No it has started flowering and the process will be long prob up to 12 weeks due to the fact as you said the days are quite long. When you put out indicas clones they can flower unexpectedly due to the shock of being under 18/6(for eg) artificial down to 13/11 outside.
