these two pictures are the current state of the plant after 10 days of sprout under 300 watt full spectrum led , about 11" distance on a small closet tent with no reflectors at all , only a fan for air circulation and two small pc fans one as intake and other for outtake.
i fed her every day or two in case surface of dirt still moist with only tap water no ph balance or nutrient.

is this some kind of deficiency ( nitrogen i guess ? ) or is it because i put it under 300 watt led ?
its turning yellowish on the edges and burn effect on top edges
any Suggestions ?

ps:bagseed unknown strain , paper towel germination method

Stop watering it so much! Only water when cup is light @ make sure there are some small holes for drainage so the roots don't just sit in water. That seedling won't need any nutes for a few weeks.

I would use a couple 42 watt cfls. Some of the more high powered lighting can be too harsh on delicate seedlings.

Same situation as you are. About 10 days from seed. Water only when cup is dry so that's about twice already. No nutes, only from whatever miracle gro potting soil had in it. Under one CFL bulb sitting in a closet corner. IMG_20150829_110635877_HDR.jpg

thanks for replies , I was not expecting this to be overwater or drainage issue , since im really careful not to water when cup dont feel light and dry but ill double check from now on
probably cfl or small watt hid would be better but is the edges burning shows light intensity ? is there an straight answer to cause of these discolourations and edges curling upward getting dark , its getting even worst
