Is it ok for me to pinch a lower bud? 2 weeks remain

As the title said would it be ok for me to pinch one of my buds, cut it off at the base of the stem? Theres 2 weeks remaining on my grow. Or is this likely to damage my yield or quality of the rest of the plant? Im worried it will slow down bud production.

You can do it. It'll possibly hurt the *possible* yield of whatever you cut off if it continued to grow, the rest of the plant ought to be fine.

its best if you can wait. im going to be harvesting my first grow this weekend! currently 8 weeks and 2 days into flower. just came back from 2 days away for work and my god have they swollen! can't wait. did chop a bit off on monday though and put it in the oven on low heat. fuck was it strong!!!!

I think most of take a little sample before harvest.
Removing a bud will allow more energy to go into the remaining buds. Not a bad thing.
