iam a first time grower , i have 8 pot wilma roots are now showing from under the pots , is it ok they are getting light ?

How long have they been in the pots...if not long don't trip they will stop rooting out the pots soon. I leave mine in 1 gallon pots for up to 5-6 weeks with no problems...good luck.

they are 3 1/2 wk they are in 11 litre pots , range between 10 an 20 '' when is a good time to start flowring ?

Haha, well everyone wants the biggest yield as possible. What he meant was, as big as your area/lighting/budget can support. Most indica varieties will stretch 1x-2x their height during flowering, so you need to take that into account. If your strain has Sativa traits than it could stretch even more than that. To get the biggest yield, you just need to make sure you cover the floorspace that your light is covering with plants. How big you grow them will be determined by your height/light restrictions amongst other things.
