Is it possible for the plant to show its sex during vegging?

I saw these things coming from the nodes today, and I am wondering if could be the first signs of the plants sex?

They are just over 2 weeks old, and I am using 6500K CFL's for light.

The pics. are of the plants which I think may be showing signs of there sex:

Or is this just sprouts for new leaves?

umm yea, what they all said above... lol..

Those really are not the new leafs. The larger shoot is the fan leaf, and the new growth is where a new branche will come out with leafs and bud sites.
But even though this is not showing sex. I have had plants show sex while in veg. If left to mature.
