Is it possible to control the speed of AC Infinity S or T series fan using Arduino?

Hi,
I wonder if anyone here has experience with AC Infinity Cloudline S series fans.

The S series fan uses a manual controller, connected via UIS (their version of the USB-C), and I can manually control the speed using the controller. But I want to be able to control the speed via remote control so I'd like to be able to build my own controller using the Arduino or ESP32.

Based on my research, I think it uses 10V PWM with a frequency of 5000Hz or so, but I could be wrong.

I hope someone who is more knowledgeable about this can advise me or point me to some helpful links.
