Is It Possible To Purify Water at an outdoor grow site?

i found a legit grow site near a stream that runs through the woods and comes from this big marshy thing. Im thinking it would be legit to redirect some of the water from the stream into a garbage can or some sort of resivior so i dont have to bring it out all the time, the only thing is the water doesnt look like itd be very clean cause its pretty murky. I was wondering if id be able to use like lots of water purfication tablets and stuff to change ph so it would be okay for the plants, anyone know if this would work or have any other ideas on things i could do to purify the water outdoors?

i would imagine its fine just how it is .. it doesnt have to be clear after all are just going to pour it in dirt.. i wouldent build a res if u didnt have to .. just take it from the stream as needed or run some tubing and syphon it when needed..

ha ya i posted that cause i didnt find anything in other posts about it, but then i looked more and it sounds like im just a worried idiot and its not gonna make a difference as long as i make sure the ph is on which i got tests for already so forget about this thread

you gotta figure it's probably rain watedr anyway so it's already pretty pure and it will go all the way through the soil and down into the earth so it's not like a potted plant or a reservoir you know?
