You take one strain lets say this one is a male and let it pollinate a female of another strain, you take the seeds from that and use the method again and again and again.
Is it that easy to cross breed? are there certain breeds that wont do well with each other? will it fuck up the genetics and somehow and create a lesser plant or is it really that easy to make super strains. Whats stopping us from crossing the greatest strains around and making a mindfuck of a plant?

Same thing i've been wondering. I'm also wondering, If I were to order some seeds from nirvana, say 10 regular swiss cheese seeds and then make seeds with them, would i get inferior plants from this? Inbred plants?

i recomend getting or reading into the marijuana breeders bible, shit is unreal if you want to get into breeding.

but to awnser your question, if you take the best female (wether you want potency or yield or height) and use those seeds, when you grow out all of those pick out the one you like and only use the seeds from that plant.

typically you will have 25% better 50% avg and 25% worse... its all about what you want to accomplish, there is way more to it than that but remember you can only go by what you see/smell/taste/the high you get... think about it like ppl, if you know a couple that has alot of kids, look at how many look like the mother and like the father, sometimes its half and half and sometimes its all father ( father has very dominant genes)

but if you really want to understand it grab that book and get ready to do some reading

hope this helps a little , peese

Yes read the Breeder's Bible, it's everything you need to know.

Oh, and no it's def not that easy to breed GOOD strains, although it is quite easy to produce seeds.

I've seen the Grower's Bible online, but I've never seen the Breeder's Bible there though. Not that it isn't...
