Is Lucy in Oregon ?

It is a wonderfully Hippie place, but I have not heard her voice in a loooong time. I have all of the dispensary I could ever want, but the lucky lady keeps hidden from me.

Last time I heard of Lucy stopping by was 2 years ago, I don't really associate with her and her friends anymore though. It really depends on who you know I imagine.
