I'd say you could chop any time now . Looks as if those white pistils are late bloomers .

You can wait . Just watch the sugar leaves if they start dieing off inside the bud it get bud rot .

OK leafs ate still green I think won't have much trouble going to flush for 2 weeks

I've had plants stay mostly green at harvest. Really flushing is a gardeners option. It's not a mistake do thing. Many folks tell ya it is but it's not.

Flushing is only necessary if there is an excess of nutrients in the medium. It makes no difference in taste or ash....proven bro science.
