stop cutting things off lol, what's on the plant looks ok but you need to get it into a bigger pot and bury some of that stem. i think she is droopy because she is thirsty, in the pic the soil looks dry

She looks healthy man. You should have left the bottom part of the plant intact though. What size pot? Not sure how easy it is going to be replanting that stem now as it looks to be hardening up. I've super cropped main stems before without a problem so maybe snap the stem and bring her overall profile down then work on replanting once she has recovered and attained the desired structure. I'd wait until after she is replanted and has vegged a bit longer myself before I start 12/12. Namaste :peace:

My plant has pretty big green leaves and kind of hang, i was thinking about starting 12/12 soon but i was thinking about topping so i shouldn't start 12/12 .. any thoughts?
Lol man you're thinking about topping? All that's left of that plant IS the top! Stop defoliating it (cutting off leaves), and get it a bamboo stick or something because when that girl starts flowering she's gonna fall over n snap in half from the weight of the flowers being only at the top and nothing down lower to anchor it / counteract that weight. Get a fan blowing on her and start feeding a potassium silicate to strengthen up that stalk, let her veg a while longer (without cutting anything off!) before switching to 12/12 IMHO...

bigger pot, bury her real deep down, doesnt have to be a straight stem under the soil, score the edges of the stem too then it will root

Since no one is saying it, that plant sucks. Sometimes we have to hear the truth to grow. Everything everyone is saying is true.

Not enough light
You're playing with it too much

Did you add any perlite to your soil? Helps with drainage. Doesn't look like it from the picture. Do you know the strain ?
