Check under the leaves. Might be mites? If not its probably a defiency of some sort. What is the pH of your water?

i have no idea myself but, people on this forum are going to ask you what your setup is like and how often you water it, what nutrients, how much light etc..so i think you should explain what your setup is like to give people something to work with theres alot that could kill the plant

Nothing wrong with your plant buddy, its healthy green looks great that one leaf is just deformed.... keep watering and waiting and the next set of leaves will grow perfect.. even the deformed one will continue to grow.
