Is my plant getting to much sunlight

Hey guys I have a blue berry haze outdoor and it's not showing no signs of flowering yet wat could I do to help it flower faster it's a sativa 8ft tall do I just let it be and let it flower when she's ready I had it flower out before but never harvest it do it grew that big should it still flower me I think it's going to but need some help from u guys that have been growing for a long time so please someone help will it be done before rain season

You could tie it down and cover it with a tarp after 12 hours everyday

Usually in your latitude equinox takes care of inducing flowering even in hesitant strains. Patience, grasshopper. All good things come to he who waits.

It will flower and finish when its ready about mid oct. Can you use fullstops, commas etc in future ?its hard to read that shit.
