It's too soon to tell. Have you switched your light to 12/12 yet? Or is this an auto plant? If it's a photo period plant and it's not showing sex after 30 days in flower, I suspect there's a light cycle problem.

Your stems look very red/purple. Is that a grow light doing that? If not, it could mean either certain nutrient deficiencies or low temperature.

The one on the left
is showing. The one on the right looks like it is at a very early stage at best. I see what could be pistils possibly.

You're right. I had to zoom in and really look to see the pistil in the left pic. It's still very underdeveloped for being in flower for 30 days.
