She'd be perfectly fine chopped now. I actually prefer the high from a slightly early harvested plant.

It's difficult to see how many white pistils are still visible (it looks like there are a few). The perfect harvest point people look for is when all the white pistils have turned brown as their calyxs swell. I think you're two weeks at most from that stage.

Obviously the very best way to tell is to get a microscope and check the trichomes. Cloudy = maximum potency.
