Is my plant turning hermie?

Hi I just noticed that I have a couple of flowering females that have something growing out of the stems. I am wondering if this is male pollen sacs developing. These plants.have been flowering for 7 weeks now. If so should I chop the plants now?

No those are flower calyxes
If it hermies you will see bananas, little yellow bastards sticking out of the buds.

Balls in the buds or bananas are the bad signs, anything flower related is not (afaik)
