Incandescent light will not work effectively for growing. Oh and that 120V is the amount of electricity to the lamp itself not the measurement of the bulb which would be in watts.

But there is far to little here for us to say if you should or should not worry.
Here's what you need to post to get quality help on your grow.
(1) Give images under metal halide or incandescent (no hps).
(2) Give complete synopsis in one post telling us all the details.
(a) substrate
(b) nutrients
(c) additives
(d) age
(e) strain
(f) environment (specifics on temperature swings, images of habitat, ducting, humdity, etc...)
(g) miscellaneous

Now you will have a chance of getting meaningful support because most people here would like to help you. Unfortunately without this info all we are doing is guessing. If you decide to use the wrong guess you may end up potless.

Growing mj indoors is relatively easy but does require alot of preparation and some necessary equipment. For the best results you should have an HiD (High-Intensity Discharge) ballast and hood. Many of the new electronic ballasts are capable of running MH or HPS so you can use the same ballast throughout the entire grow. There are alot of people on this site who have good results growing with cfl's and this could be an option for you too, but in my opinion HiD lighting is far superior to flouro's.

The most overlooked part of growing imo is ventilation. The light will put out a lot of heat and you must vent this heat out of your grow area. Included in ventilation is odor control from plants in flower. If stealth is at all important, do not underestimate the smell from flowering plants. Depending on strain even one plant could have your whole house smelling like dank.

If I were you I would do quite a bit more research before attempting a grow. Posting questions like this is a good start but you will find that not everyone offers helpful advice like curious2garden. Do the research, check out peoples grow journals and see what type of setups they are running and figure out what will work in your situation.

A good place to start is figuring out what your needs are. It takes a good 3-4 months on average to go through the entire veg-flower cycle, and finding out halfway through that one plant yielding 1-3 oz is not enough is not a good thing. I have a very small scale personal grow and I have constant access to clones so I don't use a vegging area. Using a 250w hps I get around 2-3oz per plant. I am running 3 plants now in a scrog in an area about 35" x 35". With little veg time I can complete a grow in about 3 months average leaving me with around 2oz per month till my next harvest comes due.

This is ending up a really long post so I'll just close with this. Do alot of research before you attempt your grow.

Does it look like this?
200px-Gluehlampe_01_KMJ.pngThen no.

The easiest thing to do for right now is get a couple of desk lamps or something, and some "Daylight" 6500K CFL's.

If you're planning on growing more than just a little tiny plant that'll get you less than an ounce, you'll need to do some reasearch.

Sounds like you using soil, can't help you there.
