Is promix better than miracle grow?

i'M A NEWBIE. Got some seeds coming from nirvana. Short rider fems. Want to soak them overnight and then in to a potting mix.Don't want to deal with all the different nutes,, hoping to mix up a bat guano tea and water with that,. I'm an idiot and need to keep it simple. So here it is promix or miracle grow and is bat guano going to get me by till harvest ? Thanks

Promix is a great soilless medium. Miracle Gro has timed release nutes in it. There are many different types of guano. Some are higher in N and some higher in P. Most have very little K so you will probably have to supplement that and some micronutrients as well.

PROMIX all the way! Use it and love it. Very good medium.

Promix is a great choice if you have a fairly complete nute line. Actually, I use botanicare and promix and that's about as incomplete as any other nute line out there and I have great results.

Soil aint just dirt. I know guys who swear FoxFarm Soils are great.
Some guys love the soil less.
I saw great results this weekend Natural, Organic, 100%. Soil was from under an oak tree beside a stream. Smelled good, and clean.

You are going to want to provide nutrients to your soil, over time the nutes contained in the soil will be absorbed by the plant.
To promote continued growth and proper flowering, we should try to give her what she has used.
Most of these guys have it down to a science.

and ok maybe some guys love their Miracle Grow. Me, I say spend $20. FFOF has some base nutes to get you started usually last 2-3 weeks.
People complain Foxfarm soils may not drain fast enough and use perlite with the FFOF.

i used to use miracle grow back when i just grew on sills, it always worked but i get MUCH better results using soil without time release nutes. promix is on my list of stuff to try because a lot of people swear by it, but i can only get it in bales. there's just too much of it and theres nowhere for me to put it. damn apartment.
