Considering all of those products have a 1-1-1 NPK ratio, using all of those products together at those concentrations is going to be a little hot for clones. If you use the gel that came with your kit and just a few milliliters per liter of the Root 66 and the Thrive Alive Red should be just fine until your clones develop roots.

The kit comes with a paper that tells you exactly how each of those items should be used. I would say go a bit light on what they say. It says you can use it for clones and cutting but why would you if you have the IBA cloning solution that is pretty much a standard formula (not brand) for rooting cuttings?

IBA is Indole-3-Butyric Acid which is the active ingredient in most rooting gels and powders. The Rootech gel that comes with that kit uses that as it's active ingredient but with it being March most garden centers even in northern area are opening up and you should be able to find an IBA rooting solution pretty easily.

Also, here is the best photo I could get of the Recipe for Success sheet but it should be readable at full resolution.

I don't know if that is the same thing or not. You can go to pretty much any garden center and they will have it. Powder or gel form usually. Even if they don't retail it you can probably talk to a worker and get a small amount really cheap since they root cuttings by the thousands (lots of different trees/bushes/plants that are bred resistant to certain things don't produce viable seeds).

You can clone without rooting hormones, they are just to help you have more consistant results and roots faster, but you dont need them to clone.
