Anything under a gram not enough to trip it gives you a very stable high, you can do this repeatedly for numerous benefits such as overcoming anxiety and depression.

I was microdosing hash for about a year 0.0333 grams a day a gram would last a month. I felt great, now I'm back to 3-4 grams of bud a day and I feel heavy.
