Is something wrong or is it me...

This plant is on day 19 and it has 5 nodes and the 6th is coming in its a white widow dominant plant, does it look small or is it me being impatient, the nodes are less than 1/2" apart, will it be okay its about 4-5" wide, and about the same height, also it in a 1 gallon pot, its in happy frog soil w/ perlite it had its first dose of nutes on the 15th day, and watered with distilled water, and its real healty looking its growin faster the my other plant just smaller statue.

Maybe a little small. What light are you using, how powerful is it, and how close is it to the plant? Because that is a major factor.

(3x26watt 6500k, 2x30watt 5000k)138watts (actual CFL) on this one plant at 2", for now but the lights will be increased later.

That sounds good for veg on that one. It could also be plant genetics then. Some plants shoot out of the ground, others take their time. Usually males grow faster so maybe its a good sign.
